SHIPPING

We ship internationally direct from Mexico via either FEDEX, DHL or UPS, depending on your location. All packages are trackable, we will provide you with a tracking number once your purchase has been dispatched. Packages generally take between 2 - 7 working days to arrive at their destination.

Occasionally packages can take longer than stated due to hold ups in customs, unfortunately we have no control over this.

Please note that all duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer & will not be paid for in part or in full by Yucu Ninu. To find out what the additional customs charges will be (if any) please contact your local customs office.

DISPATCH TIME

Once payment has cleared we endeavour to ship your items within 2-3 days of receiving your order, unless your item is made to order in which case we will specify the lead time depending on your particular item.
